Finished pocket spring rows and non-woven fabric are loaded into the machine. The fabric width and tension are adjusted according to the mattress size requirements.
The machine automatically aligns the pocket spring rows and positions them in order for bonding. Multiple rows can be processed simultaneously depending on machine configuration.
Each spring row is connected to the next using hot-melt glue or ultrasonic sealing (depending on configuration), ensuring firm bonding with minimal odor or residue.
Springs are bonded into mattress-sized grids based on preset layout dimensions. Layouts can be rectangular, zoned, or customized for ergonomic designs.
It automatically glues or bonds pocket spring rows together to form complete mattress cores. It ensures accurate alignment and strong adhesion, improving production efficiency and quality.
ZJ8S / ZJ8SE support spring heights from 100–300mm.
ZJ8H-400 is an enhanced model that supports up to 400mm high springs, ideal for thick or luxury mattresses.
Each mattress spring core takes approximately 3 minutes to assemble, depending on the layout and spring quantity.
Yes. The machine supports customized layouts, including regular rectangular grids, ergonomic zoning patterns, or customer-specific arrangements.
By default, it uses hot-melt glue. Ultrasonic bonding is also available as an option for eco-friendly, glue-free production.
