Pre-Operation Checklist Ensure the machine is properly installed on a flat, stable surface. Connect to the correct power supply (3Phase 380V 50/60Hz). Attach air source (0.6–1.0MPa) and check for air leaks. Load mattress tape correctly and check threading according to diagram. Verify needle, thread, belts, and safety sensors before powering on.
Switch on the power and air compressor. Set sewing parameters: stitch length (3–7mm), mattress thickness (50–450mm). Place mattress on the conveyor system, aligning the starting edge. Select operation mode: Manual / Semi-Auto / Full-Auto. Press Start to begin tape edging automatically.
