Before starting, ensure the machine is placed on a stable surface and connected to the correct 3-phase 380V 50/60Hz power supply. Connect the air supply (0.6–1.0MPa) and verify that all safety guards are in position.
Place the mattress on the conveyor or working platform. Align it so the edge to be sewn faces the sewing head. Ensure the tape roll is properly installed and threaded through the guide system.
Set the sewing speed according to your product requirements (up to 2800RPM). Adjust the stitch length between 3–7mm for the desired seam quality. Select the correct presser foot pressure to match mattress thickness (50–450mm).
Start the machine and guide the mattress smoothly along the sewing head. The tape will be sewn to the edge in a continuous, uniform seam. Keep hands clear of moving parts for safety.
