High-strength non-woven fabric and steel wire are loaded into the machine as raw materials for pocket spring production.
Steel wire is automatically fed and coiled into individual springs (Ø55–75mm, height 80–250mm) at high speed up to 180 pcs/min.
Each spring is inserted into non-woven fabric and sealed using ultrasonic welding — no glue needed, environmentally friendly and precise.
Finished pocket springs are automatically arranged into rows and columns to match custom mattress or pillow layouts.
GDZ9CE-89 is a single-line pocket spring machine, producing one spring chain at a time.
GDZ9CE-89DW is a dual-line version, capable of producing two chains simultaneously — doubling output while maintaining the same floor space.
Both models can reach up to 180 springs per minute, depending on spring size and material quality.
