Load steel wire (φ1.8–2.2 mm) and non-woven fabric (60–90 g/m²) onto the machine. Ensure the rolls are aligned, the wire tension is correct, and the fabric width matches the production requirements.
The machine automatically coils the wire into springs at speeds up to 130 pcs/min. Maintain proper wire feeding tension and regularly check the coiling quality for consistency.
Each spring is wrapped in non-woven fabric and sealed with ultrasonic welding. This method ensures strong, durable bonds without using glue, making the process eco-friendly.
The machine cuts the welded spring rows to the required length and arranges them for mattress assembly. Adjust row height (320–680 mm) according to product design.
Both GDZ8S-130 and GDZ8S-130DW can produce up to 130 pocket springs per minute, depending on material and settings.
